lol, yeah i will wear them again, they arent as bright as that pic, but still gorgeous. OH hates them though, but i told him to have a look and find some wedges that were at 3inches and nice and the best he could find were these http://www.branch309.co.uk/item.asp?s_ref=470099&C3_Ref=&C2_Ref=&junior=0 again they are rocket dog, and lovely, and much much cheaper. So now im torn because i really want the others but these are a bargain and gorgeous too, so the mse side of me is saying get these, but the bridezilla side of me says get the purple ones!

Hope these are of some use

I'm getting pee'd off with people not RSVP'ing

It's all his family  even his sister, if they don't want to come then fine we'll save money but we need to know cos the balance needs paying next week
Chelbel - I totally get you on this!!! It's driving me mad. Our cut-off date/deadline that we've given to people is tomorrow, 31st August.

I've had 12 people verbally say they're coming. Then there are 2 couples who still haven't replied and I have no idea if they're coming or not. One of the couples is in France and we thought it unlikely but now appears they might be. WE NEED TO KNOW!!! And the other couple, despite chasing still haven't let us know, we'd be surprised if they weren't coming, but you just never know. Will have to get the OH onto them tomorrow me thinks.

AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE EVENING RSVPs!!! Out of 100 odd people invited to the evening do - again with the same deadeline of tomorrow - only 20 people have confirmed. Now I know for us is doesn't really matter as we've paid anyway, and we are being conservative (catering for 80% of 130) and I figure if people don't have the decency to reply then they can't grumble if there's not enough food in the evening!! ha ha

    Rant over.

Am getting soooo excited though. Have my wedding dress fitting on Friday and am now walking "in" my wedding shoes - wearing them with a pair of socks to softly break them in and loosely stretch them.

The stags (13 of them) are off to Vegas on Friday until Tuesday - eeek!!!

Does anyone else find that all my weeekends are now booked up to the wedding!! Scary!

    xx

Have just bought some red ribbon and a bow for my car! I may not be having a posh car but I am having Fred outside and he will feel left out if he isn't pretty!

My mum got her outfit on Friday - she got a huge bargain Originally £80 then on half price then half price again and the 20% off -£16 for a lovely dress and then £20 for her shoes!

On the shoes thing I have 3 pairs - One for the day, one for the pics (to go outside in) and a pair of flip flop type sandals in case my feet hurt! Was not easy to justify them to my OH!

Haha. My car is a Frank. My OH is driving him to our ceremony and he will be putting ribbons on, even if I have to superglue them on.

Hope everyone has realised that we can officially say "I get married next month". :j

I also change jobs next week. Why oh why do we add all this stress at once. :o
How long til pay day?

We are going to our venue the night before so will both be going in Fred!

I said to my OH on Tuesday 2 months til we get married and then yesterday we get married next month - confused him a little until I explained! 8 weeks on Saturday - getting scared now  - keep thinking I have forgotten something!

Why do we add the stress - because we are mad! Plain and simply we're all crazy! :rotfl:

Just had my hair trial ~ I look very very different lol!!

Really pleased with it, and even more pleased because it only cost me £35 for the trial and a cut and blow dry!

Anyone else had their hair trial yet??

  • Oh no Chel! We had a panic situation with our cake when the lady rang up and said if I hadn't paid the deposit by the end of the day she was giving our date to someone else! Panicked drive home to ring her to confirm I'd paid the deposit back in March!

Hope it sorts itself out! Some places just don't fill you with confidence when stuff like this happens. I just smile and nod when I secretly want to punch them in the face. :D
