Hello everyone
You know of all the things I read on the net - this thread is such a comfort and support to so many people in so many different guises.
I poured a glass of wine tonight - I literally had three tiny sips - and gave it to my hubby - I don't want to go there again with all those old feelings so don't think it counts as 8th AF day but I have never ever done that before. I have always slugged it back no matter how horrid the wine. So am feeling very proud and almost tearful..
Hugs and huge thanks to everyone - whatever you write seems to be the 'right' thing iyswim.
This thread is becoming a big part of my life.
I xTarget for MAD - 24:)0 -
Some excellent posts today.
Reinforces the idea that alcohol has no good to play in my life.
It's a powerful feeling to make that choice and I am so grateful that I made it before it was too late.
Big squeezes to all!
And 16 AF for me.LBM 10/08 £12510.74/0 -

Morning :hello:
Was not AF last night so still on 14.
ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
