Anyone with a weeks worth AF gets an Ewok :D
    :)
I've always wanted an ewok of my very own and it will come in very handy with all this cold weather. Do we get to pick boy or girl?!
OK putting that down now and walking away in case WB or lurky can do horrible things with it!

I'm on my second AFD in a row today and up to 5/16 overall. Still sticking to the alternate day thing although I drank about a week's maximum in one go on Wednesday evening.

Congrats to Marru and hugs to everyone. Thanks for today's posts they were really heartfelt.

Edited to add thanks for the giggle and the cute hamster.

    Good night.

No more ewoks tonight or, indeed, any other cute furry creatures as it's all got a bit out of hand :rotfl:

7 AFDs for me Please HB

Yahooo a week AF and I have now earned myself an angel because over the last 7 days my unit count is ZERO:A Hopefully I will get another AFD under my belt today (some of my friends are trying to be AF until Easter - April 4th. This will definitely make my life easier).

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning all!

8 for me please HB (have to admit, the prospect of earning another ewok is helping keep me on the straight and narrow!!:D)

Very pleased with myself as lost 4lbs this week! Can't remember what my weight started at last time so have started the count in my signature again.

Weekend alone with Piglet and OH as OH's kids aren't coming down this weekend. Roads far too dicey to make the 40 mile round trip to get them only for them to sit here watching tele:rolleyes:. OH's mum and Dad think we are really mean though for not getting them (even though the kids are fine about it)

Best get on as not even dressed yet :o

    Have good saturdays all

    Miss P
    xx
