Jo: you have been doing so well. Just think how far you have come and how much more energy you have comparing to few months back.

Ummm - I might just found a way to stay AF to mid September 2011  (first 8.5 months preagnant and then 12 months breast feeding) :oWill get confirmation on Sunday. Will try not to bite all my nails before then.

HB 8 for me please!! :D

Oh my goodness me, Marru darling is this what you were referring too in your previous post?

Oh sweetheart, what lovely news (if it is positive that is).

I hope you are ok? How are you feeling?

I guess this is unexpected? Then again the best things usually are.

I am sending you a very big hug and please do look after yourself.

And breathe, Budgie does tend at times to be excitable :j

Oh heavens I need to sit down :o

Meh - more excuse to keep practicing?

    :rotfl::rotfl:

Ah thanks Budgie - I am afraid I don't have very good track record in family planning. It sort of happens to me. Anyway - I am 41 soon so I guess it is about time to get a sibling to DD before I am too old.

To you all love n hugs :A

Marru, hugs and the best things in life are never planned, they just happen. If it is positive then, how wonderful and your DD will I am sure be very happy. Gosh our first pregnancy in 2010, does anyone else want to share their news ;) (We shall see) Hmmmmmmmm (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Shoppy welcome back sweetheart, I am sure you are a fantastic mother, please do not be too hard on yourself, but well done for coming back to the thread. We look forward to hearing about little shoppy too. Btw around the same time I think we also had Beckseven who was pregnant, hope she is ok too? Big hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Miss P you always brighten my day, you really do :A Though it isn't funny, I did smile at the 900 calorie Korma  It happens I suspect all too often, MEN they really have no idea do they  Hugs to you and our adorable piglet. Have a fabby weekend. Lots of love (())xxxxxxxxxxxxx

40sm sorry to hear you are not feeling on top form, life you know my friend sometimes gets in the way of living. Big hugs and we are here if you need us. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

MollyPolly hugs and I am glad you have posted, I had forgotten what time of year it is. Big hugs and pop in when you can. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Shaggy sweetheart, you so deserve thanks for the lovely pics you post everyday, you do cheer us all up you know :A (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I have to fly now but hugs to you all, sorry I don't have time to mention everybody tonight ;)

But some good news on the volunteering front, the helpline has still not been in touch. However I also emailed a mental health charity, there is a centre about 20 mins walk from me so I have arranged to go and meet them in 2 weeks time to hopefully help them as a support worker. The guy who runs it wants to chat to a couple of people he thinks will benefit from some one to one help firstly. It is a drop in centre which provides them with a hot meal and a listening ear etc.

So guys take care and I hope everyone is ok?

Marru, wow! I'm not going to comment on it being unexpected as I don't think you can get over a certain age & not know what you're doing & what the consequences are :p :rotfl:

Sounds like a great reason to live like this, if you ask me:

    HSpamper.gif

    Congratulations, sweetie :)

Jo, massive hugs to you, hon. It's a big deal to go & talk to people about AF business. I'm so glad you managed to speak with the guy at the hopsital & that it seems to have helped.

Re.the whole NHS help or lack thereof discussion from earlier; I had a nasty alcohol-related injury last year (the only one ever, thank god!) Anyway it wasn't nice but could have been worse, as I often admonition myself. Anyway anyway (waffling ) almost every nurse, doctor etc etc I saw asked me if I smoked & wanted to put Quit Smoking material my way - no-one asked about my drinking, despite the fact I told every person that I saw that my injury was due to alcohol

Every cloud has a silver lining tho, as that was how I found you guys :A

Sorry as I came over all of a do :o

I forgot to update my total, 8 af days please Dear Honey Bear and I do hope you are ok in Bear Towers. How are things going? Have you anything planned for the weekend? Thinking of you and hugs (())xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Jo sweetheart hope you are ok, and so glad you got to speak to the guy, I hope it has helped you? Big hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Pbt hope your friend is on her way now to see her father. Big hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So I really must fly now, been for a long walk earlier and feel ok with not drinking. I am doing as Graeme says and I am trying to change, feeling pretty ok at the moment. Mr BB has an appointment at the end of next week at the hospital.

Work though for me is pretty stressful, the company I work for has now lost money 2 years running. I fear many changes are on the horizon  But I am holding the intent that everything will work out ok?

I suppose I should listen to my own advice and: "Keep The Faith". But that is what I am doing. I have realised that the only person who can change things in my life is me ................................

Hey its not rocket science I know :o

Square peg, round hole comes to mind (reminds me of a song).

Edit HoneyBear hugs and such a nice thing to say about silver lining :A
