Re reflection. Today I have been flicking back to 10 years ago, the big one. Lived in London, 2 children under 6, happily married, got very merry at neighbours party. Now, sitting here in the West Country, widowed, two teenagers, sober but relaxed.
If only I could cherry pick the best bits....and then I started thinking about our dear GC's wise words. Can't change the past, can only change from hereon, today.

Anyway I didn't want to bring the thread down, just thank you all fot ispiration, motivation, terrible jokes, squeamish pics...etc etc and does anyone want the last jaffa cake ?
