Thanks Lurky I, for one, am so glad I 'found' you all. Thanks to your brilliant idea I've cut down my drinking by between a third and a half, had some fun and made some lovely new virtual friends along the way. You're a star!! :T

Oooooo me too....so much! So so glad I found this thread. In my real life I have told no one that I thought I was drinking too much and tbh nobody seemed to notice that I was drinking too much:o I think many many people drink too much, that is the trouble:o

Anyway, I'm so glad I found this thread. It helps me so much. Every evening I feel like your all with me willing me to be AF . And the thought of having to "confess" always makes me think LOL.

I am going to try to have an AF Friday. If I manage it, it will be my 3rd AF Friday in a row.

Good morning all!

No snow here but jolly cold.....brrrr! Piglet is snuggled up on sofa under my duvet watching the Mr Men. Kids really have a good life don't they?:rolleyes:

I have an unexpectedly free morning. I usually go to my SIL's to do cleaning but due to them having builders in I can't do it this week. Actually quite pleased as OH has the day off so at least we can spend it doing something nicer than cleaning!

I just realised its one week till christmas!:santa2::santa2:Are we all ready for it? Anyone have nice plans?

Good god lurks, I dont know if im more stunned about the heartfelt post or the christmassy lurky! Lovely post my dear and its thanks to you that Ive had so many AF days this past year plus with all the lovely support from you guys x

Slushy talk over...im sat on the bus cos we had loads of snow and I dont drive in snow, had to wait half hour for it even though there were 3 buses sat there and the drivers were standing around chatting and drinking tea from a flask! Supposed to be in work now but only just got on the bus which means ill be an hour late. On the plus side we shutting at 2pm today!

Oh, its just started snowing again....
