Oh Budgie, I feel for you!

We all know how much your DS means to you. I think its time for you to be completely honest with him and explain what pressures you are under and what the situation really is. I'm sure he would understand.

BB, sending you big,big ((((hugs)))) and positive thoughts hun. Don't be too hard on yourself, sometimes all the carp that we are dealing with spills over and has just got to come out. You have been through so much recently, you obviously needed to vent it. Hopefully if you tell you son how you feel and how you've got to this place he'll start to understand why it happened. You can't take it back but you can move on and learn from it. Take care of yourself and remember each day is a new one.

Thankyou very much for your kindness and for caring :A

The thing is I did divulge something that I shouldn't of, and my Ds is so angry because I did it when I was drunk

In a strange way, I am glad it is out in the open, I am not proud of myself at all. But it is something that has always come between me and Mr BB.

We are now going to try and move forward, Mr BB is on medication and has his first session of CBT on Wednesday.

So we shall have to see how it all pans out. my Ds is very strong headed and the issue he has with me is that I said all this whilst I was drunk. He would have been fine if I had of told him when I was sober and in the correct manner.

Upshot is I can't change it now, he is unhappy with me but that will change. He is a good person and he knows that I am too. I have just not behaved very well, and I am very, very sorry for this.

I'm sorry, sweetheart. I agree with Molls tho, sometimes something has to give. This is a really tough situation that you're going through.

Don't beat yourself over it; it's happened, you can't change things so you have to learn from it & move on. Explain to your DS about the situation & apologise where any apologies are needed. But you can't be strong all the time & no-one should expect you to be
