Really? Was thinking about getting some but maybe not now

It could well be beneficial, but studies so far seem to be inconclusive. However, if it helps to alleviate the desire to drink, then I'd give it a go!!
  • I like the idea of something giving me & my liver a helping hand on the days when I'm not drinking. Might have to do a bit more research first tho

Aren't you supposed to hit them on the nose with a rolled uo newspaper? :D

    ps.can you tell I never had a puppy? :p

You have to be firm and tell him to stop - no idea about a tap on the nose  but puppy certainly needs to know that he's not allowed to bite - but then give lots of reassurance.............

    PHOTOS!!!! (please)

I have just rearranged some furniture in order to try & get some heat circulating in Bear Towers

Think it's worked but the effort has wiped me out (I'm so bad at me being ill :o) Might go back to bed or perhaps snooze on the sofa...

Sea, brilliant AF achievement & likewise YM with the smoking :T

Fantastic news Sea :D well done :)

You too YM, I remember the first time you went onto the smoking thread and said you were going to give up....weren't you going to wait until Jan 1st but then started earlier?
