ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hello everyone.:hello:
I've spent ages catching up with the thread - that's the problem with elongated weekends! I did laugh though at all the sillyness.
I'm still not feeling too well so I am going back to bed for a couple of hours to try and shake off this bug, but wanted to pop my head in.
I had a couple of glasses of wine over the weekend and really wonder why I bothered as they weren't particularly enjoyable (alcohol and illness is never a good combo!).
Anyway, today I won't be drinking and I will be enjoying it.Trying to keep in budget.

morning all! I hope everyone is safe and warm and survived the wild weather this weekend! Lying in bed Saturday morning listening to the wind howling and rain lashing against the window, I was so glad to have a clear head. Wandered downstairs to make a cuppa and brought that back to bed for a while!
GG that's 22 for me please. I had built in two days to this month's AF target for a possible drink or two at a couple of parties taking place but I've been to both and didnt drink at either so am feeling v pleased. I think the more times you can do that, the more it kind of builds up your "resistance" and it makes it easier to do another time. That's how it feels for me, anyway. Have a good day everyone.Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...
