Hello everyone!!!:hello:
I'm back!!!
This may be sad but I've really missed you guys! There was a reason for me going awol...I joined a weight loss website and tended to have to spend a lot of time entering stuff I ate etc. If I came on here too I was on the pooter far too much!
BUT I've decided I really do know what I'm doing with the old weight loss stuff so can do it myself and I feel this thread does me more good to be honest. I found I was exercising like mad purely so I could build up calories for a bottle of wine!:o Now I KNOW you lot won't let me get away with that :rotfl:. In the great scheme of things I think my priority is getting a handle on the amount I drink. The weight loss goes hand in hand with that.
Despite being a lardy and despite drinking a bit too much lately, I'm actually quite chirpy here! Things are good in the Miss P Household (although nearly throttled OH when he bought me a wine rack for my birthday....does the man know nothing!?!?:rotfl:)
I hope everyone is ok? Haven't looked back at the thread yet - will do if I get time today.
Ahhhh....its good to be home...

Morning to all

You guys do make me laugh
And it's lovely to see you again, Miss P
Strange goings on over here - realised yesterday that I don't understand addiction. I have a better knowledge of it from posting on here but it's a mindset beyond me.
I say this as B/F had stopped smoking (notice the past tense there ). We chatted about it & he's going to try to stop again. However, whilst saying that he was also going off for cigarettes - I found it really strange
As he says, he's addicted. And I don't understand.

Uh oh - I was only stamping my stripey foot (nicely) as she's said herself she's not looking after herself - or rather trying to kill herself by working off all those extra calories...................
:jLovely to see you back darling!:j
