    Thanks Jo

It was not too bad, though Mrs BHB & her brother got !!!!!! and she got a bit argumentative later on in the afternoon

DS1 made us giggle in the crematorium, as we turned round just after covering up the ashes to find him doing an impression of a zombie walking round with his arms out trough the graveyard.:rotfl:

Not appropriate - but lucky that we were the only ones around  Still it lifted the mood.

Off now - will wave when we come through :D

115K, Fay is in Belfast for work unfortunately, only got her kids home for a couple of days then had to leave them :( but I'm sure time will fly for her there. If she can't get online I will keep a tally of the AF scores while she's away.
I've not had a drink now for 14 days, 2 whole weeks and I must admit. Last week when we were doing the 72 hour challenge, all I could think about was getting through that challenge then worried that what 'excuse' could I use not to drink on the Thursday. This week, I've not really thought about drinking much  I know I can't. Mustn't become complacent :naughty:

Oh right, I admit I haven't read back through the thread as I missed a few days. That is really good Jo.:T

Maybe we should have a detox challenge next month, make up healthy smoothie recipes and have challenges to do excerise everyday, whether it be 5 mins or 20?

that would be an excellent thing! There could be a different thing to try each day. Drink hot water with lemon one day, go for half hour walk another day. Do some dancing in your kitchen to the radio another day! Good idea to try and incorporate some exercise/movement to get us all excited about Christmas!

Yesterday I went for a walk/jog and today I am going to play a bit of tennis (badly, will be glad if I get ball over the net, but the point is I will be running around!). Thinking about doing some yoga tomorrow - yikes!

Been working like a trojan today, been up the dump a couple more times, washed all the walls in DD1's bedroom and prepped for decorating. I smell like a man that hasn't washed for a week, I'm sweating _pale_

Thought you needed to know that

Off to do some more before I bath :D
