What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

That means I have made my target for this month whoo hoo!:j

I had to switch off the central heating yesterday as it was so warm. What's going on with the weather.

    Morning all

Well done to everyone that was AF last night, we are now almost 34 hours into our 72 hour challenge, will be half way through at midday and it will be downhill all the way :D

115K, Fay is in Belfast for work unfortunately, only got her kids home for a couple of days then had to leave them :( but I'm sure time will fly for her there. If she can't get online I will keep a tally of the AF scores while she's away.

I've not had a drink now for 14 days, 2 whole weeks and I must admit. Last week when we were doing the 72 hour challenge, all I could think about was getting through that challenge then worried that what 'excuse' could I use not to drink on the Thursday. This week, I've not really thought about drinking much  I know I can't. Mustn't become complacent :naughty:

Jo, obviously complacency would be bad. However acknowledging your progress and seeing how far you've come is good. You're doing really well so give yourself a pat on the back :)

It does seem to get 'easier'. Was discussing with Fay the other day we'ved decided that the minute we have one drink we are back to square one. I can't afford to go there again. But things are different for me, I'm an alcoholic. But even for the cutter downers having a month AF would be so good for your health, a full 30 day detox.

Maybe we should have a detox challenge next month, make up healthy smoothie recipes and have challenges to do excerise everyday, whether it be 5 mins or 20?

That could be good :) Tho I'm ahead of the game as I've just been to the gym :p

Must shower & get ready for work but really can't be bothered to move :o
