I'm back on t'internet. Probably none of you remember now anyway though

Welcome back! Of course we do. (You were joking right? The 72 hour challenge is 3 days monday - wednesday. Not sure who's idea it was but it's a really good idea. I need 5/5 days this week to hit target so trying hard to make today first. Next goal is the 72 hour challenge and today is day 1.

    Hope your move went well?
    Glad Fay has landed safely.
Well done to Honey bear, so pleased for you.

    G'night all.
  • Move went very well thanks, been enjoying myself a bit too much since though so time to curb it a bit, gone into my overdraft more as well!!

I'm gonna go for the 72hr challenge too then. If I do monday-thursday this week I'll still only have done 8 days this month, but better than nothing.

I've overindulged over the last few days and I'm feeling very down because of it I think. Came on here for some inspiration and it seems to have worked again. :)

*must remember to check in here*

Glad to hear your move went well, and you did the right thing coming back on here after a period of overindulgence, we'll help you get your body and your overdraft back into a healthier state again. Don't worry if you feel down at the moment, you'll feel more positive after a break from alcohol. And don't forget 4 days so far is a lot lot better than none. For me a while back with 0 AFDs I have to remind myself on my bad months that I'm still doing better than I was.

Went downstairs just now to discover the washing machine is leaking. Plumber came yesterday to fix something else but has left us with more problems than he solved. So had one of those can't cope moments and then realised even if I did have some alcohol it wasn't going to help anyway so came back on here. Right, really off to bed this time, just as soon as I put a gold star on my calendar. (Hoping the wall doesn't fall on me the way the last few days have gone - fingers crossed!)

    G'night again.

    In my mind ;)

Was going to be AF today but OH's dad is in hospital with head injurys after a car hit him and her Nephew ( 18 months old ). Thankfully Nephew is Ok with bruising and cuts to the head but OH's Dad is having a cat scan and does not look good.

The Car that hit them tried to get away but got caught by the Police luckily so looking after girls as OH is at the hospital.

    Hope to pop in later

Oh, YM, so sorry to hear your news. Don't really know what to say ...... I am thinking of you & OH.

    Lots of love

Just got back from the shop, bought a birthday cake reduced from 8 quid down to 2! DD2 decided it was mr bears 4th birthday today and we had full celebrations including blowing out of candels and singing of happy birthday, shame to waste it!

AAHHH , That is so sweet! I feel quite sad that my youngest is almost 6 and he is getting older and wiser by each day.
