    Morning all.

Thanks for my stars fay and good wishes. I'm keeping going though and hope to notch up a few more before the end of the month. I'd like to get nearer to half each month AFthan my current third. I'm going to do my best in November but as Christmas approaches then probably that's best earmarked as a New Year Resolution.

MP, I have huge sympathy with your OH. My sleep is absolutely rubbish when I'm AF. It takes me ages to nod off (1 hour plus) and then I sleep very shallowly through the night, only really falling asleep deeply when it's time to get up!! I think you're absolutely right about giving support. My OH told me last night how much he admired me being able to say no when I'd decided on an AF night and it made me feel really good.

    Have a good day everyone.

Hi fay, you sound a lot brighter today. I thought that was Pippi Longstocking on your avvie but decided it must be because of my great age and it probably was from Charlie and Lola. (You can tell I have a high standard of reading material!)

Have a good day only 12 hours and 40 minutes left of the 3 day event.
  • Hello - yeah someone on my diary said I reminded them of pippi longstocking (stripey socks and pigtails) so I thought OK why not makes me feel a bit brighter!

Well done on your 10 days go you.........and good luck on the half way mark - you should manage that no bother you know!
