I was very tempted tonight, it is a day that I normally would have had a bottle of cider or wine or something, but I thought of you all and was strong! Instead I bought some natural yoghurt (seriously).

Tomorrow I will blatantly crack, sinec I'm probably going out, but I'll try and keep things under control...
  • Evening,

3AF please fay (and £10). Hope that's not too confusing at 3 for £10.

Plenty of AFness but quite a few 'sod it' nights going on too but don't worry if you're cutting down you're allowed a few of those.

Hope you're OK YM, don't like the sound of that dark place.

scbye, you must talk to your mum and maybe it'll be better for her if you have a DFW plan to tell her about at the same time. I wouldn't worry about the wine tomorrow either, just don't make the usual mistake of falling right off the wagon and not jumping right back on Thursday.

Hi to everyone else, and thanks for scoring fay, you're working ever so hard for us :A

I'm up for an AF Wednesday.

    'night all

  • And a good morning to you :).

6 for me as well please, Fay. Hint for alcohol avoidance - contract the cold bug that's going round. Even a cup of tea is heavy going :(... I think I may go back to bed.

Morning all - away to catch up and see who's needing stars :) sorry I didn't get back to you all last night - horrendous night at home - trigger central  caved in late on (brother left a bottle of wine for the use of the car - opening a bottle of wine after 10.30pm not a good idea. On the positive side I only had half a bottle (poured the rest down the sink this AM) but I have dusted myself off and up with the larks this am (after a crazy interupted bad nights sleep - forgotten how awful that feels) onwards today - tea and toast for brekkie and a chunk of HM cake (I hate cake but needed the sugar. Dreamonsu and Gromit we can start again tonight if you fancy joining me.............

Now here come some of the stars :) update list later on!
