Just had mammoth catch-up session as power cut last night just as I was settling to read.

Glad you have some support 40SM (that's as well as all your virtual friends on here). Rest up whenever you can, I'll be thinking of you.

I'm definitely going to be AF today. 115K, please join us think of how good you'll feel afterwards.

I had far too much at party on Friday, still drinking/dancing/singing at 2.30 a.m. and did I know about it on Saturday!! Far more moderate since and planning to be AF until Friday this week (wanted to share that before I find excuses).

P.S. Welcome scbye (where are my manners?)

Okay I'm not AF today.:o I had the afternoon off and I gave into temptation.

I hope the AF people on here stay strong tonight.:A

(I am throwing any spare change into my AF money box as well to try and save some money this month still anyway so I hope no one thinks that is cheating. :D)

  • scbye welcome - some of us have set some 'alcohol free days' (AFD's) targets - and we've decided this month to try and keep tabs on what we'd 'normally' spend on Alcohol to see how much we've saved by cutting down

If you fancy setting a few days (+ give an idea of an average daily spend) as a target I will add you to the list, but no pressure to join us :)

    No one bites

    (? I hope?)

115k I think its great you are shoving in the spare change etc to your savings :) I'll keep track of the AFD's savings and you can add your other savings in as well - let me know how you get on :)

I have a mammoth - desk sort out tidy up get organised type night at home and trying to get to grips with my new laptop - so I'll be around for a Monday Group AFD later :)
