    Some days no thoughts, some days plenty of them, when shall I have a glass of wine? 5pm, 6pm. Sat and Sun are difficult days for me, weekdays better less temptation.

    Need to remember how I felt yesterday morning. No grogginess no headache, up early all perky and sparky.

    IT WAS NICE TO BE AF ON FRI AND FEEL LIKE THIS!!!!!

    Anyway cleaning the windows cleared my head, then coming back inside and sitting on the lappy grogged it up again! Better crack on get off here!

    Woken up feeling a bit groggy this morning but not properly hungover, :T so I'm glad it took it easy last night even if I didn't fully manage a AFD.

    Today OH and I have turned down an offer of Sunday lunch at the pub, therefore saving me at least a tenner. I'm going to try for an AFD today which would be a real achievement as I usually find myself in the pub on a Sunday afternoon, then knackered for work on Monday.

    Today I'll mostly be packing as we're moving house on Saturday. :j
