What a muddle! I was away Thursday and Friday, and so we didn't do an internet shop. So then we went to the supermarket and spent too much. After checking supplies, though, it looks like:
Saturday: beef casserole with carrot & mushrooms, potatoes & possibly some cabbage/ravioli in tomato sauce with cheese on top for DD
Sunday: roast pork, roast potato, roast parsnip & green beans; veg and an omelette for DD
Monday: pie using the leftover beef casserole with various veggies; vegetable pie for DD
Tuesday: stir-fried rice using leftover pork and some frozen prawns from the freezer
Wednesday: chicken braised with lots of garlic, vegetables & potatoes; vege sausages for DD
Thursday: coconutty curry with pumpkin, potatoes, beans and lentils, served with paratha
Friday: we've still not used the sardine fillets I have in the freezer, so it's them, but not sure what to do with themMortgage started on 22.5.09 : £129,600Overpayments to date: £3000June grocery challenge: 400/6000 -
