What a muddle! I was away Thursday and Friday, and so we didn't do an internet shop. So then we went to the supermarket and spent too much. After checking supplies, though, it looks like:

Saturday: beef casserole with carrot & mushrooms, potatoes & possibly some cabbage/ravioli in tomato sauce with cheese on top for DD
Sunday: roast pork, roast potato, roast parsnip & green beans; veg and an omelette for DD
Monday: pie using the leftover beef casserole with various veggies; vegetable pie for DD
Tuesday: stir-fried rice using leftover pork and some frozen prawns from the freezer
Wednesday: chicken braised with lots of garlic, vegetables & potatoes; vege sausages for DD
Thursday: coconutty curry with pumpkin, potatoes, beans and lentils, served with paratha
Friday: we've still not used the sardine fillets I have in the freezer, so it's them, but not sure what to do with them
    Mortgage started on 22.5.09 : £129,600

The plan is still led by what comes out of the garden......

    Today - salade nicoise
Monday - mushroom curry (found 2 huge puffballs in the orchard!), rice, lentil daal
Tuesday - in Paris, lunch in Georgian restaurant
Wednesday - kale mash with smoked sausage

Thursday - Moosewood spinach & rice bake
Friday - courgette moussaka with tomato pilav
Saturday - noodles & vegetables in lime/peanut sauce
Sunday - carbonnade a la flamande (Belgian style beef in ale), mashed potatoes, cabbage
    Monday - leftovers of above

Tuesday - courgette/crab gratin with tomato couscous
Wednesday - chorizo/chick pea stew with brown rice
    Thursday - tartiflette with brie
    Friday - stuffed cabbage rolls

etc, etc...... it will probably be changed around with other vegetables suddenly needing eating (there's fennel coming up, aubergines, pumpkins, and sweetcorn), but at least it's a plan.

    Have a good week!
