Hi. I also have been dealing with First Plus to try and get money back. They are a clever company for preying on your desperation. Just hang in there. Ive just got my PPI cancelled today, they are refunding my payments and they have put me back in the position as if they had never sold the PPI to me but along the way they have delayed and increased my interest rate to put me off. You just have to stay cool and keep going.Egg April 10 £6600 Jan £4678 now £0
Santander Jan £3414 April £3338
Virgin April£2643 Aug £3155 April £7109
Barclaycard Oct £1476 April £1287
So far paid off 17% of c.c. debt:T0 -

Thanks for that. May I ask how long the process took and what you paid out and what you got back?
Thanks

The process took 10 weeks. I'm waiting for payment although they have assured me I'm getting all my payments back which I've paid into PPI so far should be about £1500 and they are refunding interest paid on the premium back to my loan account and they are rescheduling my monthly payments. They state they are'making necessary adjustments to my loan account to put it in the position as if the payment protection insurance policy had not been taken'.Egg April 10 £6600 Jan £4678 now £0

Hi All
I have referred this to the FOS despite not receiving a letter back from fp, other than what I have previously referred to. The last letter I sent was forwarded by email however I never got a response so forwarded it again last week via recorded delivery which they now have. Hopefully if Isy's 10 weeks is good, anytime now I expect an answer to resolve this. I'll kepp you all posted. Please all do likewise.
Cheers
