After four calls to Viking-direct and each time an assurance that they would be picking goods I did not want, I still have it. They tell me its priority to deliver but not to pickup, how'ever they also told me that they would refund the money Tuesday if it still was'nt picked up so that would be 5 days in the future, I accepted this untill I realised its their fault and called them back and demanded the refund immediatley, it was given.
I will inform them that if the goods are not picked up with in the next two weeks I will keep them of which I believe is with in the law although I think it should be a months notice
Rememember. Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

Staples. Office World. The Consortium. There's a high street one beginning with R whose name currently escapes me but someone else will know who I mean. Rymans, possibly? Ross Office Supplies.My verdict: Too much hastle and overpriced. Shame I can't find another stationery supplier online.
And those are just the ones for which I've got catalogues at work that I know do online orders as well! I'm sure I found lots more when I was looking for something specific to stop my ring binders collapsing all over the place.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
