Sounds like me but at the mo ,im only getting a few hours sleep a night due to stomach problems ,then add to that that im really anaemic ,the iron tablets are making the stomach pain worse so i dont sleep ,im at the end of my tether :(
    Im just sooooo knackered
Of to the doc in half an hour to find out if there are different iron tablets that wont damage my stomach or if I can take something with them to prevent it.
Funny enough ferrous sulphate never 'bungs ' me up ,quite the opposite ,it just gives me really bad tummy pains and nausea :(

Thanks. I'm fine happy-wise! A couple of years ago I was really stressed at work and went to the docs for being so knackered and she asked me "How do you feel in yourself?" and I just burst into tears - she took my blood pressure and put it down to stress. Which I agreed with.

I'm not stressed now, I'm happier than I've ever been in work, life and love :) ... Just cannot get out of this lethargy.

Have you tried magnesium supplements? I was like that a year and a half ago and it was amazing... after a decent, light dinner with one capsule, I woke up feeling refreshed and rested for the first time in almost two years... worth giving it a go, it improves the tranfers of energy between cells, apparently and very important to keep energy levels up...

I had to be at work at 7.30 today, meaning the alarm went off at 5.40 am... but the funny thing is that I was naturally awake by 5 am... stayed in bed for a bit of a 'lie-in' and then got going..it is was actually easier than getting up at 7 am! may be because I know that if I don't make it on time, I get f****- (it is a shift in live radio). I started to feel a bit tired after I finished that at around 9.30, but I am great now!!
I wonder how will I feel at 7 pm, when I finish tonight??:exclamati

I also advise to try magnesium. Just less then 1 month ago I was always drowsy afternoon, could not work properly and I bought magnesium+ B supplements. In about 1 week I noticed that my energy level is much higher than in was before. Now I am really surprised with the results.
So, try magnesium (bud not expect next day results, let it work) and lighter dinners.
    Hope it works for you!
