    Did you actually use a code for free delivery??
    Some get accepted and some declined but probably the reason TBH.

    EdinburghLass makes a very good point about passing information. We covered this yesterday. All information provided by Ruthha should have had a legal data protection act agreement in place so she could use this information. Failure to do so is breach of the data protection act 1998 by Ruthha.

    When they asked had they already ruled out the use of a dicount code? If so they I could see the relevance of the questions so the price of item could be determined to work out the cashback.

    Actually a sensible idea really. The minutes could be taken and signed and witnessed by all attendees so no future doubts, otherwise anyone could post anything.
