Thats a bit of the kick in the teeth for Rutha. 60% of the people either had no problems or only had minor glitches. Only 13% of people seem to have any real problems. Bearing in mind that people only tend to complain not praise I think that poll says a lot.
    Lynsey wrote: »
13% is around 1 in 8, so only 1 in 8 having problems is not something any company would really want.
If you're not one of these 1 in 8, great, but what if you are??
I feel for the ones with problems and hope they get it sorted.

Actually, it's even worse than that for Quidco - more than 30% report problems worse than minor glitches. Something needs sorting out before they lose all their members.

Interesting, though, that so far Topcashback is coming out a lot better than Quidco. That ought to worry Quidco, because they seem to be picking up a lot of Quidco's business.

I actually use Topcashback and only use Quidco when there is more cashback or Quidco offer cashback when topcashback doesnt. To be honest though 90% of my casback earnt is through Topcashback.

Yeah, because my only income is from Quidco. Some of us happen to run businesses. Some of us choose to do the accounts ourselves in order to save on overheads. That OK with you? Or would you like to see said accounts as proof?

Apologies then I misunderstood what you had said:
"The problem is it's not small amounts we're talking about. If it were just a few quid I'd cut my losses and be done with it. I'm personally out of pocket to the tune of £135; no small amount when you've got only £51.45 a week to live on."
It's a bit misleading when you hint to people that you only have £51.45 to live on and you are more or less implying that Quidco has taken the food from your table, yet in your defence you now say you run a business ( I assume as a sole trader, and you prepare your own accounts). Great, I genuinely wish you all the best in this current financial climate, and good for you. If your income is less than jobseekers and you still want to try and make a go of it I applaud you. Unfortunately "£135; no small amount when you've got only £51.45 a week to live on." is a sad state of affairs, but are you now saying you have more than that?

Clearly you know nothing of how the internet works. It's perfectly possible to sign up to the same forums as many times as you like so long as you know how the WWW works. Not everyone has just the one static IP. I suggest you Google the subject if you want to know more.

I know how to mask IP addresses and spoof them, (great if you want to buy from America and they don't sell to then UK), but I think you'll find the vast majority of people who use this forum do not know how to cover their tracks. Me personally, I've no reason to sign up under ficticious names, like you, I say what I believe to be correct and I have no need to hide underan alias or as Lynsey said "alter ego", I really liked that one.

Doc N agree that is what I just analysed approx. 1/3 of respondents had more than minor glitches that is not good. I do appreciate that polls such as this can be skewed as people frequently only enter when they have a strong feeling be that positive or negative.
