    forgot to mention this - this (the first MFi3) is the thread on here that has most changed our life from a financial perspective - we just kind of muddled along with overpaying before, never though my signature would be possible, so I'm amazed by how well having a goal actually works.:D

    Balance 19th April '07 = minus £27,640
    Balance 1st November '09 = mortgage paid off with £1903 left over. Title deeds are now ours.
