Paypal have "reversed" a payment...help!

The paypal terms about proof of delivery are very very clear, no proof of delivery and a chargeback will succeed.

However I too am worried about the numbers of people who seem to overlook this fact when accepting paypal on items that are collected. We do our best to warn people on here, but really sellers must be more aware of terms and conditions when they sign up for something like paypal, never agree to terms and conditions unless you know what you are agreeing to.

If the terms and conditions seem onerous or unfair then walk away from paypal, many users do. If hwoever you find it impossible to sell without paypal then just be aware of what happens when things do go wrong and the position that may place you in. Luckily after several thousand tranasactions I have never had a problem with paypal, just like the vast majority of users, but when it goes wrong it really goes wrong and i have that in the back of my mind at all times.

Soo
