    If there was a consumer problem or query, my late bil used to say "Set the rottweiler on them" and sis would call me and I would get it sorted.
    She is completely useless at complaining about bad service, so it was up to me.

    Mine is a shortened version of the first username I was given at Uni back in 1994! When I was at Uni we got our first email address and had no one else to email because very few people were online at the time.

    I was actually acy6er then.
