Signing contract with e2save, but...

I was signing a o2 1000 off-peak contract via e2save. This is a 12 month free line rental (cash back) contract. I know the trick retailers are playing, but still want to give it a go with e2save. However, when I was trying to finish order forms, I found this:"!IMPORTANT: [Motorola RAZR V3 Clearance] Limited Offer: Should demand exceed supply on this offer then we will contact you to offer a comparable alternative handset / deal. Current Orange tariffs end 4.00pm Friday."

Any idea about this? I don't want to get any alternative deal. Has anyone tried this before? What happened?

I received this email today( Monday)

"We are prioritising your order to ensure you receive your new mobile as soon as possible. Due to the current UK stock levels of this product we anticipate a small delay in dispatching your order. We anticipate that this delay will be no longer than 7-10 days"

So looks like they will supply the phone buy it will be delayed.
If they decide not to supply the phone then i will just cancel the order.

[Motorola RAZR V3 Clearance] Limited Offer == this means it's out of stock. Trust me, I speak from experience of these scammers.

My girlfriend got a Motorola V3 from e2save's clearance section through the post (Special Delivery) this morning, so I wouldn't necessarily say it means its out of stock.

this is really annoying. i ordered another clearance phone on the same 12 months free contract and same message as above about stock. the phone has since come back into stock (this time with 11 months free) but my order is still waiting to be processed. i know someone who ordered it when it went onto 11 months free and received the phone this morning.

Called Customer services after waiting for 7 days. He said they had just come into stock and would send if to me the next day.
The V3 RAZR phone arrived 2 days later. It is a "as good as new phone" without the original packaging. It looks like a new phone and work fine.
The tariff is 1000 Mins off peak 30 mins x Network and 100 texts per month.

I got a v3 today (I've been waiting 2 weeks) and it's in good as new packaging.

My deal wal 9months at £1.99 with 200xnet mins and 100txts (doubled for first 3 months) it looks like a brand new phone to me.
