Does it really matter?
Well if you signed a contract at home, you'd get a 7 day cooling off period, but if you signed it on the company premises, then I didn't think the cooling off period applied?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Think there should have been a question "I took an item back to Marks and Spencer (for example).I had lost my receipt, but it is obvious the goods are from Marks and Spencer because it is written in the label. They won't give me my money back. What are my rights?"
Edit-something that explains what else you can use as proof of purchase, (this is not the same as proving the shop stocks it),as this is something that shops will not tell you, that there may be other options than a receipt.0 -

No way Hollydays, if they had that question on there, the forums would be empty... :rolleyes:If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
