    You should come along to a meet Tenmah, then you would feel like you know people better. Although I just post a load of rubbish regardless of whether anyone is listening, because I haven't really got anyone else to say things out loud to. Two year olds are very cute, but not so great with the intellectual discourse, and Ryan is far too intelligent for me to talk to. :o

    Evening all

    For those who requested
    1lb of minced beef
    Salt and Fresh ground pepper
    Fresh Parsley
    Bunch spring onions
    Mix together and make into burger shapes

    You can use whatever cheese you like but Mozarella goes really nice with red pesto (which I took straight from jar but you could make your own if you are really really keen!)
    You could also put a bit of feta cheese in with it (28g allowed as healthy amount on SW)

    Then serve with either Chips or potato wedges
    Peel and par boil
    stick in hot oven with loads of fry light
    Shakes and re spray with fry light until crispy

    Serve with bit of salad and enjoy!
