Well, it's 5 o'clock so I guess nothing will happen again. Do I have to hang myself from their roof to get any attention?
Going to bed for a good cry - self indulgent I know but I don't care.0

No, my computer's old and I daren't risk it losing them. I've see a small memory stick on ebay for £2 so I'll get that and get on with it all in the next few weeks - it'll probably be better anyway cos then I can only do a dozen items at a time, so it wont look like such a big job and be offputting.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

I've just realised I've forgotten to take anything out of the freezer for tea today, so pasta it is. I really need to get into the habit of taking stuff out every day, it's how I go over my food budget, having to nip out for something. Maybe I'll put it down on my weekly planner.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Make it part of your morning or evening routine - put kettle on for cuppa and while its boiling take dinner out of freezer to defrost. Apparently if you do something 10 times it becomes a habit...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0
