    thanks to this post - I emailed this address about a complaint. I didn't receive a reply or acknowledgement that my complaint had been received, but two days letter (a coincidence perhaps!) I got a letter from O2 offering me a deal on my contract. (I had been cut off and was being charged for the whole contract). Now they have reconnected me at no charge and given me one month rental free. I just have to pay what I originally owed, which was £118. I couldn't pay this when I got made redundant and despite me trying to sort it out they wouldn't listen - until I emailed Peter.
