Bought new phone MotorolaV525 some time ago 8days later the thing dies phones FU told me it wasnt their prob, so I went to Voda who refunded me (God bless Voda) but Phones F U were absolutely rubbish and very rude I hate them like Charles Bronson hates Melons.

I went from having Nokia's for many years to a Sony Ericsson K750i last year and must say I didn't have a problem with it at all, if anything it's more user friendly.

I wasn't sure about it at first, I'd bought one for my daughter for her birthday, but after playing around with it I HAD to have my own!

It's a great little phone and takes amazing pictures! Sooo much better than the 6230i (OH has this model and there's no comparison in quality!) And since owning a Sony Ericsson, I would certainly recommend them. I've also got a Motorola V3, which is rubbish, no features at all and not particularly user friendly, especially for those who aren't technologically minded. The only good thing about it is it's looks, but if you're not into that then steer clear.

In general, I think it's just a case of getting used to a new interface. It didn't take me long, so if I can do it I'm sure others can!

I`m also a nokia suporter and have had them for 7 years now, then just recently i upgraded to the Sony w810i.. and i`m not dissapointed at all.

It was weird getting used to it at first, but now I wouldn`t change it for anything.

Have downloaded all my albums onto it, the camera is great.. texting is easy and making calls is a new experince with fun features that the phone offers !

I'm glad to hear that it's fairly easy to get used to the Sony Erricson W810i as I'm thinking of getting one. Does anyone know if the battery life is as good as they say it is? I have a Nokia 6230i and the batterylife is really bad. It needs charging every other day and that's if I don't use it much. The Nokia navigation is good on the plus side though so it's nice to know the Erricson won't be too much of a problem to get used to.

The battery life on my K750i is very good, even though it's nearly a year old now.

I can probably go about 5-7 days between charges and I use the phone every day, especially the wap feature.

It also charges rapidly too, so you don't have to wait hours until it's full.

If you want a do it all smart phone then the Nokia N80. If you want a smallish phone which is pretty good at everything and cheaper than the N80 then the Sony W810i. If you're not too worried about features and more about style then the LG KG800 'Chocolat' is a dream.

I'm looking at the Nokia N71 or N73 as my next handset; anyone knows when those models are going to be released? Shall be looking to buy from O2 as I don't want to be stuck with a difficult to unlock handset.

Does anyone know when Sony Ericsson K800 will be out? I've been using Nokia for 7 years and I'm bored.
