Look at nLite (for creating the perfect XP install disc), and Acronis TrueImage (for taking an image of a Windows install). Ages back I did a perfect install, got everything just how I like it then took an image. I also update the image every couple of months.

Means I can revert back to an image that is a perfect, clean install within 5-10mins. I've not reinstalled XP for years.

Ive been looking at this for a while, just haven't got round to doing it yet. Its one of those things I keep putting off and putting off.
