Do You Get Involved When Your Teenagers Argue?

We have a stroppy hormonal 14yr old son, a 'yeah, whatever' diva of a 12yr old daughter and an angelic looking 10yr old son with the rage and temper of the hulk so there are arguments non stop from morning to night in our house. Shouting, bickering, door slamming you name it, we have it.
My sons fight and bicker constantly with each other, either will argue with my daughter but they will gang up together on her, when they are feeling really brave....................
when she blows her top when they have pushed her to far, boy do they run!
I used to play referee all the time and constantly intervene which seemed to make them worse and stressed me to the hilt.
So, now I try to let them sort it out themselves but keep an eye on things or if its just the boys, I threaten to send my daughter in to sort them!:DQuit Day - 8th July 2009.0
