I'm back...have fed my grandson...popped to work...been to Asda to get food for OH who is working from home today.....(sending my menu plan to pot)

I ended up with slimming world, running for fitness and five mars bars....(well they were on offer so what could I do...) Lets see how long they last.

I am going to walk Chloe to the childminders tomorrow morning and then quick walk home to try and get my fitness levels moving again.....

Keep at it Bookie...I have to admit my OH used to spend about an hour every morning whizzing CV's off and searching around....spending all day doing it is a bit soul destroying...

Is there a recipe to be shared? I always make mac cheese using philadelphia as a base for the sauce, saves making a roux for a white sauce which can be a faff!

Luc - share!!! How do you make it with Philadelphia? I love macaroni cheese but hate making the roux.
