FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDAY! ~ Master bedroom and Landing
Level One
Declutter the floor!
Vacuum the floors
Level Two
Strip and wash bedding and remake bed.. do you need the duvet back on yet?
Declutter and wipe the bedside tables... or whatever area you use as a dumping ground!
Level Three
Dust and deweb.. don't forget the bedframe and light fitting!
Polish any glass bits.. table tops, lamps, mirrors etc
Sort through a box of guff
Extras- binbag dance
- Wipe any grotty paintwork!
Pick up rubbish from garden
Hoe and weed garden already done
Weed near rhubarb
Cut down rose bushes
Clean inside of car if time
Start on bush at bottom of garden if time
Workmen are here at the mo, finishing up. We are hoping that when they do the plastering they will do a homer for us and do some bits in the kitchen. Don't feel as stiff as I expected so maybe I should look at the list
Manic Monday ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1
Level 2
Dusting, even if around everything
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
Level 3
Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!) and banister
Clean any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc
Twinkly Tuesday ~ Kitchen & Dining Room
Level One
Declutter worksurfaces
Sweep and mop floors
Level Two
Wipe worksurfaces and see if you can do those small appliances on the way round
Wipe fronts of units and large appliances
Run the large appliances through a clean cycle
Level Three
Clean out the fridge
Wipe the hob and oven
Clean the table and replace cloth if needed
Wednesday ~ bathroom annd cruddy study
Level One
Level Two
Empty and wash out bins.. to make it worth while you should fill them first!
Scrub shower head.. keyboards mouses etc...
Level Three
Clear the desk of gibble and give it a dust as you dust and deweb the rooms
Thursday ~ , Spare rooms or another neglected room
Level One
Tidy away all the clothes and books that are in the wrong places
Level Two
Wash any other soft furnishings.. curtains etc
Sort through a chest of drawers.. dispose of anything that is outgrown, worn out

Tidy shoes, coats and bags .. Sort through a handbag[/STRIKE]
Extra- Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
- Clean a window or two.
