You can substitute, as long as Pigpen & Toots are likely to think its a valid substitution (so something equally horrid!)

Mind you if I croak now it'll cause confusion during the PM :rotfl:
and now I am scared of MOAM's avvie...lol
I told DH what happened to you and he said he would have curled up in a ball and cried. We laughed at your comment about the PM tho, I can just imagine a pathologist being really confuzzed and going: what's happend here then?" scratches head

Rach, hugs to you, your OH and FIL and family for tomorrow

Greenbee, DH says to kill a eucalyptus you need copper nails, or cut round the base of the tree – cut off a half inch strip of bark all the way round. He wants to know why anyone would want to kill one and he says it would be better just to cut it down if you want to get rid of it

Helen, yay nice to see you – sorry to hear about DH’s finger. Tell him you have been doing the lists for months and you can’t see why it would be hard for someone as clever and hardworking as him to do them too…

It's ugly and in a stupid place, plus the roots can cause all sorts of problems. I've tried cutting it down but it just regrows, so I think I might have to poison it... I'll see whether the tree surgeon can help (although the sycamore & chestnut they cut down are sprouting from the stumps...!)
