hang on, let me get this straight, you parked where you shouldn't, got caught out, and now you're bleating on here ... this is a money saving site, not for people who do what they like, when they like, and then attempt to wriggle out of it ... it's no wonder this country is screwed with people like you taking zero responsibility for your actions ... my advice, man up and pay up, though if you can't afford the £1 to park elsewhere I don't think you'll bother ... in fact, why don't you go the whole hog and park on other people's driveways, or on roundabouts, pavements, etc ... truly pathetic ... and as for you other pseudo-dogooders spilling advice like "it's a scam park where you like without fear of recourse, blah blah ..." again, revert to point one, ie it's no wonder the country's knackered ...
Why are you replying to a thread that ended over seven moths ago?
How on earth did you find it for starters, and why bother when you are spouting such rubbish?

i recently had two punctures on way to wales i pulled into membury services and parked by the air pump in the services station with four ways on we then contacted the garage on site to repair tyers which took 4 hours.
a few weeks later parking eye sent us a fine stating we had parked to long i rang embery they told me to speak to the garage. when i spoke to the garage manager he told me it is not even parking eye property but they would not remove fine for him.
i then wrote an offical appeal and they sent back a letter stating prove i was broken down ( i am sure they must think i love waiting around with a pregnant wife and a 7 year old son in the freezing cold late at night) or i would still have to pay.
i have tried ringing them but they only have auto payment number .
can anyone offer advise0 -

Just ignore them. Nothing will happen, no matter what they threaten. Have a read of any of these Parking Eye threads:

you won't find a single one where PE has ever issued a court claim. It's a $cam.0 -

Can I make a couple of observations? First, this was not a "fine", it's an invoice. As for that "official appeal", it's nothing of the sort. It's not an independent process and it's probably carried out by whoever is sitting at the next desk. It's all a sham. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
From personal experience, Parking Eye do not do court, they even denied me my fun by giving up far too easily. I really wanted to get some of those silly phone calls from debt collectors. Just ignore.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0
