LLU: it means that O2 must be Local Loop Unbundled on your exchange.
If you post the exchange name, or full postcode, then someone can advise, or you can look it up on samknows.com under Exchange Search.
If O2 is not LLU on your exchange, then you can only get the O2 Access service, which is much more expensive (£17.13 with the O2 mobile discount) and not recommended.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Go to Outlook Help, type in 'Rules' and there will be a guide to forwarding emails automatically by creating a rule.

Sorry to hijack your thread Omar.
Why would you not recommend it macman? My daughter who lives in N.Ireland (in the back of beyond) was going to switch to 02 when her BT contract is up in two weeks time so any advice would be most welcome.
Be good to the young on their way up you might need them on your way down.

Because in Access form it's just a resold BT Wholesale service, and an overpriced one at that. It is not an ADSL2+ service, it's just plain old BT ADSL Max. Look on the O2 forums and there are lots of complaints from Access subscribers about slow speeds and high contention ratios.
It won't be any worse than BT, but won't be any faster either, and it's expensive.
Other options depend what exchange she is on-does she have any LLU options at all?

Correct, Castlederg has no LLU ISP's on it, and unlikely to ever have, as it's such a small exchange.

So O2 would be the Access service only.

So taking the 3 months free & £50 cashback from Quidco into consideration 02 could be the best option for the next year.
