Thanks Snags, I hope things go well with mr. Sunday.
I've finally got round to phoning for my rent rebate, but they say it's £53, Income Support said it was £60, and by my calculations it should be about £60, because it was £53 a few weeks ago and I've had another deduction from my IS since then. I think it's because they were taking it off my payments every fortnight, but only sending it to the Housing department once a month, so there's been a delay. So I'll have to phone again in a few weeks to get the rest of it. Still, £53's better than nothing!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
crikey snaggle pops:eek:
chill:cool:
i thought i was the worlds worst worrier, oh well if he starts to falter remind him of the debenhams sale purchases.....as i am assuming underwear was purchased:p
I am sure it will all be fine and that you are only worrying as you haven't seen him/ heard from him x
Lol, I know, I'm worrying for no real reason at the moment, but hate it when I just get a funny feeling about something, because it's often right.
Underwear *may* have been purchased....:D
...along with a rather funky little shirt dress, cute shoes, new bag, and 3 new tops (2 of them were only £5 vests though).
The dress and lingerie are for this evening (if it happens), although I will be behaving myself tonight, so underwear is unlikely to be seen. But I will know it's foxy, and that's what counts!!

Techie question here..............
I am thinking of treating myself to a wireless printer. Now I don't use wifi at home (although we do have that available) I'm not techie enough to set it up..we still connect to the 'net via a USB plug.Does anyone know if a wireless HP printer would work if laptop is connected to net via USB? Wouild I need wifi passwords etc ?? Can you even make sense of what I'm asking?Ta in advance..Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -

The question makes sense SRM but not sure of the answer. If I had to guess, I would think the laptop would have to be wifi enabled, so it can send the print to the printer (because there wont be a wire between them, so no other way to transfer the information)...but I'm not very techie and could be completely wrong!
If so, you could get a wifi dongle for the laptop? Not sure how much those are though."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Not sure I'd need a wifi dongle Snags,we have a wifi modem thingy,it's just that I choose to connect via cable-partly 'cos I don't want kids wifi-ing away in their rooms (teenage boys and all that!)I'm just not techie enough to get the wifi working!!I need a techie computer man....Debt-free...and staying that way...0
