V220 Pictures to PC

For my MIL.

She wishes to download pics from her phone to her PC. She's looked at the website, I've looked at the website. Both failed. What software does she need?

Or is it as simple as just plugging it into the USB. Windows XP, if it helps.

I have a SLVR and had the same problem. Sent an email to Motorola and got this response :

In order to synchronize data between your phone and your computer you will need software that is called Mobile Phone Tools. Motorola offers two different packages: Mobile Phone Tools-PC620 which comes with a USB cable.

The software comes free with the likes of the V3 or is widely available for "download" and the cable is a standard USB to mini USB as used for digi cameras.
