oooohhhh I'm soooo annoyed this monring with this company!!! Rang up Hermes yesterday and they said yes, its out for delivery so the courier will have picked it up and it will be attempted today - great, or so I thought. No sign of it at 6pm so rung Hermes again, and she told me that the courier had all the info on her paperwork for my parcel, but the parcel was not on her trailer...... so they had to report it as a lost package. She said I had to phone Bon Prix again to tell them, been trying to ring them since 6.30 last night and not able to get through. I keep being on hold for 10 mins when i cant stand anymore I have to put the phone down!

I know alll the words to every phrase on their hold section now and it's getting bloody annoying.......

So angry right now....

would be nicer in black or grey, but hey nice n cheap ,n cosy for winter walks

Still no coat!!! I ordered shoes from the DiscountShoeStore.co.uk (Martin's email) On Tuesday night and the shoes arrived today!!! Now that's good service :-)

FINALLY!!!! My coat arrived this morning, after failing to be delivered on thursday and saturday.... showed on Hermes as ready for delivery then when the driver came this morning she said It was on her manifest for thursday, then again on saturday but she said that the parcel was not there.....

So when it arrived this morning I was sooo chuffed - even the driver was too. She said "I was so happy when I saw it this morning and I actually had the parcel, you were the first person I came to deliver to because I knew you had been waiting for it for so long!!!" She was lovely...

Anyway, thanks to OP, this coat is lovely... Lovely and warm, fits me perfectly, very good big hood and pockets, well chuffed with this,. Bargain of the year most definately!!

Coat came through a couple of days ago for me. I wasn't expecting much (given the price), but have to say it's very well made and fits well. So that's winter dog walking coat sorted!

Many thanks OP. The coat and pots arrive in one box. Even the delivery man said the packaging was poor. The coat is lovely and warm.
The pots seem to be on the cheap side quality-wise ( can't really complain because it only cost about a pound each ); now just need to try them out in the oven and dishwasher.
