Are you sure they`re based in France? only for some reason they sent me a catalogue today and it states they`re part of The Freemans Grattens Holdings group of companies and their registered off ice is in Bradford

they are part of the same group but bonprix did operate from France along with Witt maybe they just use the same operatives http://mycatalogues.com/cgi2/mc.catgo.cgi?f=ott been shopping with them for a long time really good company in my opinion, although returns etc do take a long time to show on accounts and they have only recently started the personal account service

called the bank this morning and my card was debited on the 17th so i'm very excited and hoping i'll get my coat today, especially as it's become quite nippy here the last few days!

i have a reasonably warm coat with a hood already but it is only waist length and it's getting a little worn looking so thanks so much to the op for this because i too didn't think i was getting a new coat this year

It came today!! Love it, really nice length and warm too. Only downside is not machine washable but what the heck! Would never have been able to afford this quality coat this year. Thank you OP

I'm the OP, and my 'duffle coat' arrived today. Only they have sent me a HIDEOUS BLIND!!!! It even has a sticker on it saying it's a duffle coat, not sure how the packer managed to make that error. I'm so gutted!!!!!!!!

I'd have to arrange a collection but I'm not home when they can collect. Unless I can send it back to them. I don't know. Seems too much hassle! Won't be ordering from them again.
