Barbara Anne, I would phone them and insist they send you the coat anyway and at the original price as it is their mistake. also does anyone know where i can find my customer number in the confirmation email (this is my first purchase from them) i tried what i thought was the right number but it wouldn't accept it, i was hoping to log into my account to check if they've posted it yet, i am loathe to call their 0871 number!

I was debited on the 18th but not had a delivery yet. Hoping it comes today or tomorrow, it's getting colder out there!

I ordered mine on the 14th and it's not arrived yet. I'm guessing it's either down to high demand or the general slowness of a lot of catalogue companies

I ordered on the 10th... I rang them, and they said it was despatched on the 17th, and might take until the 25th to be delivered. Still, it should be worth the wait!

I ordered a size larger than I usually take, since the sizing in their sizing chart looked much smaller than the usual UK sizes. Have I done the wrong thing? Can anyone who has received theirs confirm whether the size seems about right or not?

I think the size 12 seems a little big for me, I am always a 12, never a 10 so I would say they come up big.

I would say that their sizes are rather generous but would rather have it too large than too small.

i deliberately ordered mine a size larger than normal since it's a longer coat, i hate it when you try to sit down in a coat and you feel like you're strangled!

besides if it's a bit loose then i won't mind wearing jumpers underneath it, i really dislike anything too tight so i'm glad to hear they are generously sized... i'm already big no hiding that, at least i can be big and comfy!

Hi thanks to OP mine came on Saturday and I'm really pleased. i ordered a 16 and an 18 cos I was worried about sizes, but the 16 is fine a little bit on the large size but I like to be able to wear thick jumpers underneath for dog walking so am happy. Just have to return the other one now!

well, i ordered mine on the 14th and still its not arrived yet. account debited on the 16th. Just rang them up as I was getting concerned and they have said it was despatched on the 19th so should be with me any day now. hopefully! not only is it getting cold here in manchester but im planning a trip to blackpool to see the lights and its usually always cold at night there!!!! Hurry up bon prix!!

glad i ordered a bigger size anyways because i am big but i too light to be big and comfy!!
