I ordered the 6 little dish type things on the 16th Sept and up to now not had an email about delivery or any word from Bonprix. Its the last time i use them .What a tinpot comp!

I've never had an email off then either! They took the money though so hopefully I'll get the goods..
Did they debit your account?

I gotta agree here, ive had no emails or anything off them to confirm the order, but i did do it over the phone, and i cant remember if i even gave them my email address.....

but.... the do seem to be quite slow and eager to take money then not bother with informing you of anything and its always me that has been on the phone to them to chase delivery and find out what is going on with my order etc so.... im not sure. I do think they are quite a lazy company.... but we shall see. maybe if i order from them again and give them my email address then maybe i will have more contact from them im not sure... there doesn't seem to be many bad reviews for them, apart from the fact that it wasnt a secure website and i kept seeing other peoples credit card details in the basket on my page, which i informed them about and they didnt really seem too interested... lets just wait and see what my coat looks like and then i will judge them then.... lol

on the plus side, coat tracked on hermes this morning 03.10 out for delivery, so i should 100% get it today!!!!!!!

I got an email but theres no tracking number on it, do I need to ring up to get this?

Well my items arrived today, and seem fine , but as i don`t like being kept in the dark about things not sure if i`ll use them again!! Pity cos they have some nice stuff on their site .

I didn't receive an email but thought that was because I had quoted the wrong email address. i emailed them to ask about my order and the replied and told me that delivery was due and told me my reference number.

Turn up a couple of days after that.
