Hiya! It is in a way, isn't it, Taxi - I *felt* worse with the sneezing, but with the cough, especially today, I feel like I'm on the mend, but I'm still incapacitated - can't talk more than a few minutes without breaking into a long coughing fit, and I just can't work like that. And concentrating for an hour at a time still feels really hard. Plus early morning coughing really cuts into my sleep - I've realised its cos the room is cold in the morning, its much better now, so I shouldn't judge how I am for the day by that coughing fit.

I'm going to tidy up a bit today, try and answer that query from the accountant last week, see how I feel once I've done that, tho I get the horrible feeling that I still need to cancel something tomorrow, its strenuous physically and I just won't be able to cope. Sigh.......


EDIT - Hi Squizz, I was just about to chase you up! Thanks for the support - I'm really pleased with that amount, absolutely, but bummed to hear you're still coughing too - you had it a week before I did! Amazed that you've managed to do as many runs as you have, well done!

:hello: My new builder just came round :beer: The Wall is happening within the next week! Skip being delivered tomorrow or Wednesday - I've had to cancel all of tomorrow's work, cos of how bad my voice is when I'm talking to arrange a single postponement, so its just as well really.

And oops, there's a French management bill I forgot to pay..... late charge of 9 euros.... I'm losing my grip a little bit, got to really sort myself out when I recover from this. _pale_

That's annoying about the voice but good that you are being careful and making sure you recover properly.

Its a funny old mix of things isn't it! Its all around money tho - can't earn cos I can't speak properly, spending out a couple of grand on the wall for safety and to safeguard my investment in the property, and the management of the French place........ hi ho.

Hi Dragon, btw! Haven't spoken to you in ages, how you doing? Off for a mooch around the diaries........ I'm just slowing down to start to get to bed at the mo.....

Not been too good KC - that's why I haven't been chatting on here (I tend to go into a hole, it got to the stage where even though I was injured I thought I didn't deserve medical treatment :rolleyes:), hmmmmm bed!

Still coughing here too KC - thankfully that's the worst I've had of it though. Sorry to hear you've had to cancel more work - hopefully another few days now will see you well and truly on the mend. Hurrah to the wall though!
