Ooh, hypno, thats interesting. I'll jot some stuff down, and pm you. Only just seen your post above, sorry, but I've a good chunk of time this morning - it'll be good to summarise something like that, actually.

    Hypno, you have a pm....

I *love* virtual jaffa cakes - unlike the physical ones, they don't jab at my gluten intolerance. The only trouble is, that being a Stargate fan, I tend to pronounce jaffa as "ja-farr", accent on the last syllable :o

Hi Karma :hello: I had some gluten free jaffa cakes the other day which were actually quite nice (still with that slightly weird texture that gluten free things have but not bad) - from Sainsburys I think!

    :hello: Hi sweetie!

Yes, I've had those a couple of times - trouble is, nearly everything in the shops thats gluten free is *so* expensive (moans heavily). And some of it is actually disgusting - tho those jaffa cakes are pretty nice.

Cooking, OTOH - takes longer, but much cheaper. I did banana bread in the middle of last week. I'm thinking crumble at the mo - chuck some coconut into it too.

I've been having fun this morning doing a brainwave thing on assertiveness - you know, I like writing, I'm sure there's a pop psychology article in there. That would pay pretty well..... I wonder if I should get into that? That would *really* turn my loathing of academia in the subject to good advantage!

MMm banana bread :p I made an amazing apple and blackberry crumble a while back with blackberries picked from local woods... yum yum...

The articles could be a good idea indeed. Don't suppose you can bottle assertiveness and sell it....? ;)

:rotfl: Sure. £5 a throw! Why not! I guess thats where assertiveness tips over into aggression, aka doing people over!

Okay, I'm going to be sensible - I wonder if dooyoo have something on self assertiveness? I could earn 50p in real money! Haven't done dooyoo for ages, have you ever done it, Squizz?

EDIT - wow, thats worth considering - people reviewing my reviews has earned me *lots* more - 5 reviews in total have earned me 4450 points!
