Yes really, I have just discredited the thread as I have followed your lead and done exactly what you just did to another poster to show them up.

All my fault, thread is now discredited because someone played your own game and you don't like it too much when someone starts on yourself.

You are hardly spot on yourself. So don't see why you felt the need to do what you did, and please, don't scream "your abusing me".

!!!!!! are you on about I stated on post 64 I said I thought house prices would fall 10% in 2009. and that I was wrong!!!!!

I really did not think I voted on that but at least I was HONEST and stated what I did predict.

As for your last comment, grow up or LEAVE (again:rolleyes:)

    Notice grahams edit above

  • Strangers? My friends, sister and colleagues?

Blimey, I knew I hadn't seen them for about a week, but didnt realise they were now strangers.

    Desperate much?

What have I to be desperate about? I don't understand that comment. OK, not strangers, but my comment about there being much more to worry about than the price of houses surely still stands?

    I Agree,

I wonder if cleaver could do a graph for "positive news" against "pointless trolling"

The better the news the more irate Graham seems to get.

But for some reason the same things happens, every time.

The point is that you're are suggesting other people should do what you wouldn't yourself do for the general good, i.e. to sell their assets at a low price.

If you won't sell at a low price to benefit others, why should anyone else? All you're left with is the fictional notion that somehow BOE rates tripling to 1.5% will force a mass sell off.
