    Yes spot on.

It hasn't finished yet. Or are you calling the last of the falls? Which would also make all of your predictions just as wrong as the poster you are trying to show up?

What you think they will fall down 20-25% in 2009 which that poll is taken from?

Did I call the last of the falls? no.

Have I said prices will fall back in winter? yes

Have I also said if prices then "bounce next spring/summer" will they be stagnating? yes.

    Sharpen up Graham.

I think it is a fair point considering the posters post at the top of the page:) An his proclamation of prediction of what the year was doing.

Ok, so where were you in that poll?

If they fall 10% at the beginning of the year, recover, and then fall 10% again, does that count as 20% falls :p
  • You take some time to give a real answer to a poster, thinking, hmmm, is this poster really, as he says, not trying to be argumentative etc.....I'm not sure, but I'll give it a go.

    In response, you get:

What, may I ask, on earth, is the point in these responses?

I can't answer for Julieq's response, but I asked you a question, you responded and I then expressed surprise that you were so worried about other people's (many of them stranger's) finances and I also suggested that there are far more pressing problems facing humanity than the price of a house.

What was wrong with that?

    See above post.:p

Anything could have happened this year, and it did. :) (But I did say I thought the market would drop 30% that is why I purchased at around that price)

Mr fishbulb no that is -10%:p
but to be honest Halifax may be down what 2-5% this year, nationwide will most probably end positive.

I am not proclaim my prediction for the year is right (unlike others)

You best leave it Graham. Again you are trying to wreck a thread by trying to discredit me but again I have been honest and upfront.

Keep trying, on day you might get me.
