7 inch LCD tv at Staples

Staples currently have a 7 inch LCD widescreen portable tv with built in tuner, remote control and car kit for £49.99. Says in store reduced from £79.99 and looking around it seems a great price.

Hi. Do you happen to know if this has AV-in?

I have one of the cheap 7in DVD palyers for the car and would like a second monitor for the other child.

This would be ideal especially if it has built in TV reception. Thanks

Just looked on their website but no sign of this tv, but hubby just ran out the door saying I'll just go and look.... we have two fairly close to us so I guess he will be checking both....

My local Staples has 5 of these on the shelf.
I just went up there to get the make/model to have a look before I buy.

They are made by Plustron, model T770S

I think I'll go back in a bit and get one

I saw that Tchibo are offering a 7" portable TV in their shops from next week. It's £109, but it has a freeview tuner built in - so you will be able to access all the interactive features that the BBC has - useful if you want to follow highlights of all the world cup games.

Hubby just got back from Staples in South Harrow happily clutching his new TV, he said he had to ask as none were on show but the guy went and got him one from the store room...
